I haven’t been posting because I haven’t been reading manga! Unbelievable, right? Wrong! The ONLY Borders store that is close to us closed down! No manga available, no manga for Nevar! They are going to put in a store called Books-a-Million, but their website looks like it doesn’t have as much manga as Borders does. So, I have been ordering from the Borders website. A while back, when I had ordered Fushigi Yuugi vizbig 6, I also got Dragon Ball Z volumes 9-12. Since Borders was closing down, I went ahead and bought DBZ 14-17. Come to find out, volume 9 and 12 were on back-order. I waited over 4-6 weeks (like it said) and they still didn’t get any copies in! Then I wasted about a week cancelling them, and now I ordered them used for a cheaper price. So, that is why I haven’t been posting. I have also been busy working on a new house that my parents got. Since it hasn’t been lived in for a few years, there are a lot of problems. But everything is fixable, just a pain in the butt. Whenever I’m not working, I’m being lazy, since I have no manga to read. I guess I could watch Sailor Moon…
Anyway, this year I start school August 19th. (I think
) I’m going to be in highschool, and I’m just a bit excited because my Dad said that the food their is better than the one in my middle school when he went. I also had…SUMMER HOMEWORK!!! That’s right! I haven’t even been in the class and I already got homework! I have yet to finish it, but there is not too much more to do.
And back to manga, I made a Shelfari to keep track of ‘em all. So I’m going to be updating that and putting it on here.

I’ve really liked the series from when I started at volume 1, and this one is no exception! I read as much as I could till I was tired and couldn’t read anymore, and when I woke up, I started until I finished! That must tell you how good it was! Anyway, remember how Zero decided that he was going to kill Shizuka Hio in volume 4? Well, someone else beat him to it, yet he is getting blamed! Here’s a hint: Her killer is a pureblood vampire!
Rurouni Kenshin has always been a great read for anyone who is a fan of samurai manga. The 3rd vizbig edition contains volume 7 through 9. (I know, I’m too lazy to get he individual volumes XD) This volume has a lot of great scenes and battles. But mostly bloodshed battles. When Kenshin goes into full Hitokiri Battosai mode and he is fighting Saito Hajime, yeah, it’s gonna be a bloody battle. Especially when the only person who can stop the fight is someone from the same era!
After just starting the manga Bleach to catch up to what’s happening, I’m really enjoying the series to this point. The first three volumes were pretty much an introductory to Ichigo. But volume 4 starts new characters being added, such as Don Kanonji, and Uryu Ishida. In the beginning of the volume, Kon narrates a part of his life, so that’s interesting to his fans (if he has any XD).
D. Gray Man has always been interesting to me, but I had set the series aside after getting volume 1. Well, it’s the same thing with Bleach, how I need to catch up. I couldn’t put any of the volumes down, including this one! Vampire attack! A new character is added, Arystar Krory, and he is a *vampire*. He appears as a vampire, but Lavi thinks differently! He has been killing only people who are Akuma! Is that a coincidence or what?
